ABC has just released a series of photos from that horrible day in September when the World Trade Center buildings fell, that have never been viewed by the public before. The aerial footage released shows views of the mornings events from high above.

In the photo captions it was stated that "...ABC News recently obtained these images after filing a Freedom of Information Act request in 2009 with the National Institute of Standards and Technology, which had collected as part of an investigation into the collapse of the World Trade Center..."
